Level 2 pt. 2

Okay. Done with Level 2. Did pretty well in this class considering the Holiday break and having people in town to hang out with. The good: I learned how to make Croissants and Puff Pastry. The bad: Making Croissants and Puff Pasty is a b*tch.


There's a french name for these, but I forgot it already. Its basically a Meringue.


Croissants


Mille Feuille (Layers of Puff Pastry, Pastry Cream, Icing)


Tart Tatin (An apple turnover with Puff Pastry)


Pate A Choux (Pastry Cream filled Eclaires and Cream Puffs)

That is all. Back to watching the Niner game.
