Level 1 - Bread

Sorry for the lack of activity on this blog. Been busy with school. Just finished my first level out of 7 or 8 last week. Four weeks of taking notes, reading, tests, and lab time. While I enjoy being in the kitchen, I'm not a fan of being in the classroom. Did fairly well but can always do better. Ended the week with a few bottles of tequila with some of the kids in class. Here is what I made in this level.
