Classy ass Thursday
Me and the GF decided to classy it up and wear pants to a restaurant. We found just the place within walking distance (we were lazy, still drove). Ninyo Fusion is about 4 blocks from the crib in what looks like a converted old house. Its the kind of place with real plants and fancy butter on the table. I saw a chef in the kitchen wearing a Global Academy jacket, this may be a possible internship as long as I don't start f*cking up in school. Food looked good and tasted great. Would definitely go back if someone else pays.

Okay. Done with Level 2. Did pretty well in this class considering the Holiday break and having people in town to hang out with. The good: I learned how to make Croissants and Puff Pastry. The bad: Making Croissants and Puff Pasty is a b*tch.
